Seven steps to renewal.

We will pick up and deliver your item fully restored at your convenience. Please allow a 15-day standard restoration time for our service. We will do everything we can to fix and restore your leather goods. On the rare occasion that a service cannot be done, we will return any amount you paid to us.

Reach us through our live chat or visit a branch. We discuss your needs and assess your leather goods.

Assessment

Our specialists examine your item and provide a detailed plan and complimentary quote.

Cleaning

Deep cleansing of exterior, interior and all hardware, with deodorizing and conditioning.

Repair

Patching, stitching, gluing, and structural reconstruction by master artisans.

Restoration

Recolour and refinish with our color-capture technology to match the original tone.

Quality Inspection

Every detail is inspected against our exacting standards before it leaves the Restoration Studio.

Delivery

We deliver your fully restored item at a time and location convenient to you, for free.

Service Policy

The fine print.

All services are final sale and require full prepaid payment before work begins.

15 days standard restoration time. Full coloring normally takes 60 days. Estimates are provided and constant updates are given throughout the process.

Our shipping partner handles packaging. Please include your estimate number. Pick-up window: 9am–4pm, Monday to Sunday.

Signature required upon delivery. Delivery hours: 10am–8pm residential / 10am–5pm commercial. Re-delivery fees may apply.

1 month free storage, then ₱500/month up to 6 months, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of.

No refunds on completed work. Full refund if irreparable or cancelled within 48 hours before pick-up. Lost or damaged items are compensated at 5× the bill, up to ₱10,000.

Possible shade changes, shrinkage and visible pre-existing flaws may occur. Colour match is not guaranteed. Stretching may cause light wrinkling.
